Please note that our front counter will ONLY be open to in-person clients Wednesdays between 11am and 2pm for residents to complete and submit Criminal Record Check applications and to complete non-criminal fingerprints.  All fingerprints are by appointment and you will be notified by email if you are flagged for fingerprints as part of your Criminal Record Check. Masks are mandatory. 

All other services may be accessed by phone or email.

We will continue to answer all emergency and non-emergency calls.
