You may apply to have your identification records, including fingerprints and photographs related to your criminal history, destroyed. Each application is reviewed individually by the Civilian Division. Please refer to the guide for instructions on completing the application form.

Completed forms may be submitted in person at the Central Saanich Police Service front counter between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, excluding statutory holidays. The department is located at 1903 Mt. Newton Cross Rd, Saanichton, BC.

Once your application form has been submitted, it will be reviewed by our staff. If your application is approved, you will receive a written letter requesting payment of the $70 application fee. Upon receipt of payment, your application request will be processed and completed.
