The Central Saanich Police Service (CSPS) is seeking dedicated and community-minded individuals to join our Reserve Constable Program.
Our Reserve Constables play an important role in supporting community policing initiatives, special events, crime prevention activities, traffic safety campaigns, and operational deployments. Reserves work alongside sworn officers while gaining valuable experience and contributing to the safety and well-being of our community.

Commitment Requirement
CSPS invests significantly in the training, equipment, and ongoing support of our Reserve Constables. To ensure the program remains effective and provides meaningful value to both volunteers and the community, successful applicants must be prepared to commit a minimum of 16 to 20 volunteer hours per month.
This commitment helps maintain operational readiness, supports skill development, and ensures our Reserve Program continues to provide a valuable contribution to community safety.
